Activate the plugin and resolve common startup and configuration issues.
Examples match release 1.0.0. Back up your configuration before editing. Use this plugin's reload command where supported; restart after dependency or JAR changes.

Sign in with the Discord account assigned to your purchase. If no key is assigned, contact support with proof of purchase.
PortalEnter only your own license-key. Installation identifiers are generated automatically; do not copy a live server's activation file to a different installation.

CommandUse the first relevant console error to find the cause.
Check that the file is a server plugin, the JAR is in the active server's plugins directory, Java is new enough, dependencies loaded and there is no duplicate JAR. Restart fully and read the startup log.
StartupCheck key spelling, product assignment, server limit and outbound HTTPS. Do not change the installation ID to work around a limit; request a legitimate binding reset.
ActivationConfirm the plugin loaded, check its command table and permission nodes, and resolve command conflicts with other installed plugins.
CommandsCheck YAML syntax and indentation. Use the documented reload command, or stop/start the server when needed. Retain custom data when replacing defaults.
ConfigurationOpen a support ticket with plugin version, server version, reproduction steps and a sanitized error excerpt. Remove license keys, tokens, private notes and player data.
